The Micro- Controller Based Valve Position Controller is used to control motorized or pneumatic valve with respect to variable set point generator. The system operates on the standard 4-20mA input and will actuate two relay contactors for reverse or forward drive of the valve. Similarly, a 4-20mA input from the valve position is fed to the system and when both the set point signal and the feed back signals from the valve will be equal, both the relays will be de-energized.
